Performance

The Pogo 12.50 has a robust structure, 1.2 m keel, carbon mast, and the flat hull allows planing both upwind and downwind. The Pogo 12.50 has been optimised for speed; with true wind speeds of up to 10 knots, she is up to 4 knots faster, for winds greater than 10 knots, she flies! The Pogo 12.50 has recorded speeds of up to 24.8 knots – so, sailing 8 – 15 knots feels like cruising. This sailing performance allows her guests to make the most of their itinerary and sailing in Croatia, covering greater distances comfortably. Spend the day zig-zagging the stunning Croatian coastline, and spend evenings in a new destination every night.

Comfort

Though she has race performance, the Pogo 12.50 was built with comfort in mind. The space of the interior and exterior are what you expect to find on much larger yachts. The interior has an island in the middle, with couches on either side for relaxing, and a generous galley. There are two stern cabins, one forward cabin, and one head (shower/toilet). The exterior has a large cockpit, swimming platform and cockpit shower. There is no permanently fixed table in the cockpit area to allow easier handling and movement when sailing.

Safety

Sailing on the Pogo 12.50, clients will also feel safe and relaxed at all times. The Pogo 12.50 has a robust structure with extra reinforcement on stressed areas. Twin rudders mean one rudder is always fully submerged for control and stability. The Pogo 12.50 can be controlled from the cockpit – all lines run back to the cockpit, and winches are around the central axis. And, with the Pogo’s speed, it makes it easier to escape a weather front and reach shelter quickly.
