CATAMARAN HANDLING CLINICS

DATES: 22.04. - 24.04., 29.04 - 01.05., 13 - 15.05.  FRIDAY - SUNDAY

In the world of yacht charter industry, catamarans are becoming increasingly more and more popular, so we created a special program that will help the fans of catamarans to get in the best way quality information, knowledge and new experience.

Then come along to Yachting in Croatia Academy, Catamaran Handling Clinics 3 days & Catamaran Skipper Training 7 days guided by our professional instructors. Instructors will walk you through several close quarters manoeuvres, explaining them in detail and giving tips and tricks, also trough Skipper Training on Catamaran BALI 4.1 with all mentioned, instructors will show you how to sail catamaran, also will teach you about navigation, meteorology, engine basic, safety on board.

Catamaran Handling Clinics: 3 days

* The purpose of this program 

1.  is to introduce and teach participants the basics of catamaran handling, docking, undocking

DAILY SHEDULE  

• 09:00 a.m. Breakfast on board
• 10:00 a.m. Theoretical lecture
• 11:00 a.m. Practical classes at sea
• 01:00 p.m. Lunch break
• 02:00 p.m. Practical classes at sea
• 05:00 p.m. Arrival in marina
• 07:00 p.m. Dinner

BASE: Marina Mandalina-Šibenik

CHECK IN: Saturday from 9 p.m.
CHECK OUT: Friday till 16 p.m.

CATAMARAN : BALI 4.1 

DURATION: 3 days

ACCOMMODATION: During 3 days the attendees will be situated on the boat - 2 overnight stays.

MEALS

• Breakfast on board team preparing breakfast
• Lunch on board - lunch package or team cooking (simple food cooked on aboard)
• Dinners are organzed as follows -in the local taverns or on the boat-team cooking

MINIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES: 3

PRICE PER PERSON FROM:  490€ 

PRICE INCLUDES: Professional skipper instructor, boat, accomodation on boat, bedlinen, gas for the kitchen, safety equipment, course materials, T-shirt, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT 25%.

Catamaran Skipper Training: 7 days

* The purpose of this program

1. Is to train attendants with the skills in order to become complete self - skippers to be able to rent catamaran in charter.​

* The emphasis is on:

1. Safety on board
2. Catamaran handling
3. Docking, undocking at the marina in various ways and conditions
4. Sailing techniques and maneuvers
5. Introduction to the procedure of renting a vessel in a charter.
6. Shipshape

Note

• The purpose of this program is to train attendants with the skills they require to skipper solo, and to be confident to charter a catamaran.
• Upon completion of the course, you will gain adequate knowledge which can serve as an excellent base for the skipper license examination. You will also receive our certificate as recognition of participation.
• Optional: during the course of the exam, we can arrange for you to do the official Skipper Licence in cooperation with Port Authority.

• Bank Transfer: The preferred payment method is directly through bank transfer. It is very quick and completely safe.
