The founder of Yachting in Croatia Academy is a passionate sailor and lover of sport sailing; this is why we offer you the chance to sail regattas with us throughout the year. Croatia is a leading country in the yacht charter industry and also home to world-class sailors – like Šime Fantela and Igor Marenic who won Croatia’s first-ever sailing title GOLD in 470 class, and Tonci Stipanovic who won SILVER in the Laser class in the 2016. Olympics. Croatia is always strongly represented in sailing regattas worldwide, so it makes perfect sense to learn to sail in Croatia.
Regatta sailing is very popular in Croatia, so, many sailing clubs organise a great number of regattas throughout the calendar year (schedule).
Every year, our racing team regularly attends numerous regattas throughout the year, and we have a growing number of members and fans. We are proud that we have HIGH PERFORMANS RACING YACHTS in our offer such as: FARR 30, CLUBSWAN 36, POGO 12,50 which have an excellent reputation in the racing sailing world. Sailing with these racing machines will give you a great experience in a regatta setting; she handles beautifully, gains speed easily, and is perfect for those who want to learn more about racing sailing.
We offer all participants of our Academy, and anyone else interested in gaining new skills and experiences, a place on our boat. Together we will sail in various windward-leeward and offshore regattas, and you will gain memories to last a lifetime.
We organise also flotila regattas and corporate sailing regatta events.
